For operations that need more certainty during busy seasons, Mitch’s Mobile Welding offers a Priority Service Program.
Priority Service is a subscription option that provides preferred scheduling, predictable call-out structure, and locked-in labor rates. It is designed to reduce downtime and scheduling uncertainty — not to make unrealistic emergency guarantees.
Two tiers are available based on fleet size and operational needs.
| Feature | Standard Priority | Premium Fleet Priority |
|---|---|---|
| Scheduling Priority | Ahead of non-subscribed clients | Highest priority |
| After-Hours Access | Evenings & nights (weekdays) | Evenings, nights, weekends & statutory holidays |
| Included Monthly Labor | 5 hours | 8 hours |
| Labor Rates | Discounted | Lower locked-in rates |
| Best For | Single machines or small fleets | Contractors & fleet owners |
| Annual Visual Weld Condition Check | Included | Included |
